Shot of the Day #148: The Kong Before the Storm

Here is a blast from the past...this Kong machine will be living on our G4 set next week being rocked by the one and only Steve Wiebe, who will attempt to break the latest Kong Record live at the E3 convention next week, which we're setting up for today and tomorrow. If you haven't seen the spectacularly entertaining KING OF KONG, stop reading my bullshit and do it, its more dramatic and exciting than most of the summer movies you see this season (except DRAG ME TO HELL, which might be my fav of the summer as of now).

But seeing this machine just Delorean'd me back to the TIME OUT arcade at the Smithhaven Mall when I was a week tyke, spending endless quarters on this and many other stand-up arcade games like it. Such a simple time it seemed...
