Shot of the Day #119: The comfiest of foods

Is there a more comforting food to shove down your maw than Macaroni and Cheese? This batch comes courtesy of Whole Foods; looked too good to pass up...even the cashier up front declaring "That might be the best Mac N Cheese Ive ever tasted". SOLD. Screw a protein, F the veggies....this is my dinner. Nuff said.

I dont care what origin the ingredients derive from...powdered in a box or fresh from the cheese wheel fused to newly-pressed pasta, I dont think I've ever NOT been somewhat satisfied by a version of this very American dish. No wonder our Western culture is dying of clogged arteries and obesity.

But fuck it...bring on seconds!
