Shot of the Day 12.88: A Derry Flashback

This image sent a chill down my spine when I saw it on a rainy routine walk.

It reminded me of a moment from Stephen King's masterful small-town epic, IT.

All I kept thinking was...is the owner of that ball down there?

...Didn't help I just re-read IT and trying to slog through the mini-series* so its fresh in my head. All that is missing is a lizard-like claw gripping the grates or Pennywise looking right back at us.

*did we actually think this was good other than Tim Curry being genuinely terrifying as Pennywise? For a remake, BRING HIM BACK.
